Yamaha saxophones are undoubtedly among the most versatile instruments, suitable for players of every skill level. This saxophone features a high F# key, very comfortable and quiet keywork, and is made from top-quality materials, ensuring reliability and durability for many years of use.
This is the famous "PURPLE LOGO" series from the 1980s, considered by many saxophonists to be the best generation of the 62 models.
This saxophone has a low serial number and delivers an outstanding sound — rich, powerful, and characteristic of the early YTS 62 Purple Logo models.
The instrument recently underwent a full overhaul (new pads installed) and has also been checked by a technician, so it now plays very easily throughout the entire range.
Visually, it is clear that the saxophone was not heavily used, as it remains in excellent condition for its age. Only typical surface scratches can be seen on the body, while the rest of the instrument presents beautifully.
