We make every effort to make the purchase in a shop and online store a pleasant experience. We have extensive experience in domestic and international shipments, so you don't have to worry about your shipment :)

We also have our own service in which we carry out repairs on an ongoing basis, from simple tightening of the screw, to full repairs.

When a customer visits our store looking for an instrument, we take care to devote enough time to him. In general, we first discuss the level of experience, what are the wishes and expectations and the price range it looks at. On this basis, we offer a number of instruments to try. When the choice is narrowed down, we often run a blind test that calls listeners to determine the best instrument based on sound alone. In the end, of course, the choice belongs to the player;).

To be sure that we pay enough attention to you, it's best to make an appointment, because from time to time, especially on Saturdays, we can be busy or simply the store can be closed.

Service and quality guarantee:

Each instrument, new or used, is always checked thoroughly before delivery to the customer. Even with new instruments, it may happen that some small adjustments will have to be made. The instrument purchased from Slavik Music is fully prepared to play and is free from production defects.
